Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience is required.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner
• Generate patient care forms and forward to correct departments
• Prepare and distribute paperwork for signature and completion
• Collect copays and balance accounts; verify insurance in EMR
• Verify demographic and insurance information and scan into EMR
• Schedule follow-up appointments and tests
