Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) invites you to join our medical practice as a Patient Services Representative at our Headquarters in LANCASTER, PA. In this role you will greet and check-in patients, collect balances, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure required paperwork is completed in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

With a customer service focus, the Patient Services Representative will greet, check-in patients, oversee all patient demographic, insurance card scanning, have required paperwork filled out/signed, collection of necessary account balances and procedure visits.
