Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and the community with strong communication and customer service.
• Schedule patients, enter information for scheduling into the system.
• Process admissions paperwork and verify insurance.
• Record time indicators for lobby wait times.
• Collect and process patient payments and reconcile cash drawer.
• Assist with referrals and MyChart scheduling.
