Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen calls and emails; direct to physicians, staff and administrators as appropriate.
• Take messages promptly and accurately; schedule appointments.
• Maintain physician schedules and manage referrals.
• Perform clerical tasks for incoming referrals and new client admissions.
• Gather patient information courteously and complete surveys or interviews when needed.
