Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of reception/front desk experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer service skills with strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Check in patients, verify insurances, update information, collect copay.
• Serve as patient advocate coordinating with clinical staff.
• Answer incoming calls promptly.
• Maintain neat waiting area and assist patients with ambulatory needs.
• Open/close clinic procedures and perform clerical duties.
