Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Front Desk: greet patients, collect registration info, verify insurance, and update records.
• Assist with patient flow, schedule follow-ups, confirmations, and cancellations.
• Answer calls, manage messages, and distribute information to referring providers.
• Back-up for clinical team by expediting patient visits as needed.
• Check-out: schedule follow-ups, collect co-pays, and record payments.
• Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations; manage referrals.
• Prepare and transmit medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain filing systems and organize chart storage.
