• Manages reception area and welcome tablets to support MHAV engagement.
• Schedules appointments and communicates changes to patients.
• Delivers excellent customer service and handles de-escalation with guidance.
• Verifies insurance, performs billing verification, and resolves simple RTE errors.
• Collects payments at service time to meet collection metrics.
• Ensures HIPAA, consent and billing forms comply with standards.
