Qualifications

• Experience in patient check-in/out, scheduling, and handling insurance updates.
• Ability to maintain composure, work as part of a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and check them in/out with courteous service.
• Answer calls with standard greeting; transfer as needed and maintain accurate messages.
• Schedule patient appointments and prepare charts for visits.
• Verify demographics and insurance information and scan insurance cards.
• Post payments, collect co-pays, and reconcile daily cash and charges.
• Document in EMR and maintain orderly reception area.
