Hmixray in Sacramento is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and input accurate data in a fast-paced radiology setting. You will coordinate appointments and support the back office to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a genuine commitment to patient care. A High School diploma and basic computer skills are required; medical terminology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer/transfer incoming calls and schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
• Provide orientation on safety protocols and directions to facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care and data integrity.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy.
