Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with standard greeting and transfer as needed; demonstrate phone etiquette.
• Maintain organized reception area and professional appearance.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; scan insurance cards as needed.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; reconcile as required.
• Prepare and organize patient charts for visits; assist with same-day scheduling.
