Job summary

As a key first point of contact, you will maintain composure, support a smooth patient flow, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, respectful service across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Frontline patient interaction with courteous communication.
• Accurate processing of appointments, insurance updates and check-in/out.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests; verify status and update wait times.
• Respond to calls with proper greeting and transfer as needed.
• Maintain orderly reception area and patient charts daily.
• Collect co-pays and document in the system.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; scan insurance cards.
