Cowlitz Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our team. You’ll greet patients and ensure they feel valued from the moment they walk in.

In this fast-paced role you’ll handle appointment scheduling, check-ins, payments, data collection, and insurance eligibility verification while guiding patients and performing administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of customer service/administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Computer skills; MS Office Suite preferred; EPIC EMR a plus.
• Excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a low-income, diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and perform patient check-ins.
• Handle payments and data collection.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility for programs.
• Guide patients and visitors; perform general administrative duties.
