The role supports a high-volume physician practice within Abrazo Shared Services and Tenet Healthcare, emphasizing patient-centered care and compliant operations.

Competenze

• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet patients and coordinate front desk activities.
• Ability to verify demographics, insurance, and collect payments accurately.

Mansioni

• Greet patients entering the practice and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and referrals.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information in the electronic system.
• Collect co-pays and post charges; process charge entry and patient balances.
• Explain and enroll patients in the patient portal; distribute office policy information.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
