Job summary

CityMD in New Jersey is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, register them, and coordinate intake with speed and kindness. You will enter patient information into our system, handle paperwork, and liaise with the Billing team on insurance questions.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly, can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a high-volume setting. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and coordinate intake.
• Enter and update patient information in the system.
• Assist with paperwork for patient registration and insurance.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously; questions about insurance handled with Billing.
