Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience, in a medical office.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high-level customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Support patients in completing required forms and paperwork with clear guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to project a positive first impression.
• Identify and elevate patient concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while understanding billing processes.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records for up-to-date charts.
• Demonstrate reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enhance operations.
