• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience in health care office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors, handling inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Register patients accurately in the Practice Management System / EMR.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility; identify payor types and notify Billing if needed.
• Collect copays and balances at check-in/out; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; coordinate with providers and team.
• Maintain reception area organization and Professional communication with patients and staff.
