The Dermatology Group is seeking a Patient Services Representative - Front Desk to join our healthcare team. You will manage registration, scheduling, and clinical call coordination across multiple practices, contributing to efficient operations and a superior patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and is willing to travel to other clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience in call center, healthcare, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled at navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel to all other clinics to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with customer service focus.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Understand billing processes and stay productive within department benchmarks.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
