Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and update demographic data in the electronic health record; identify barriers to care.
• Accurately gather and process information for medical records, referrals, billing, and treatment purposes.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and revise as needed.
• Maintain patient charts confidentially and process payments at time of service.
