Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with basic office tasks and reception duties.
• Knowledge of basic computer software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/caregivers and provide assistance reflecting high quality service.
• Verify and update demographic data in the EHR; identify barriers and support care planning.
• Gather and process information for medical records, referrals, billing, and treatment needs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and revise as needed.
• Maintain patient charts confidentially and process payments at time of service.
