Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and answers incoming calls for the ambulatory clinic site.
• Obtains and records demographic and insurance information.
• Schedules patient appointments, procedures and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Collects necessary payments and acts as a liaison to the hospital business office.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and delivers a positive patient experience.
