Responsibilities

• Communicate patient status to the supervising therapist.
• Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Ensure a safe, organized environment; report hazards.
• Handle basic office tasks and schedule management.
• Process patient payments and receipts as needed.
• Pre-register walk-ins and referrals; prepare new paperwork.
• Log referrals and update scheduling databases.
• Perform light cleaning and general duties as assigned.
