Job summary

UNC Health in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform clinic clerical tasks such as patient registration, financial communications, and fee collection. Qualifications

• Medical clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input demographic and financial information into EMR and verify required documents such as Consent for Treatment and Financial Responsibility.
• Answer and relay calls; provide routine instructions for patient visits.
• Provide general clerical support including scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating with clinical services.
• Collect and count cash receipts and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain clean and orderly clinic area and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
