• Communicate clearly with clinic staff and care teams to support smooth operations.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups, coordinate with doctors, radiology, and labs as needed.
• Answer phones, manage voicemails, and handle telephone encounters efficiently.
• Reconcile appointment statuses and cash drawers for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist patients with MyChart and kiosks self-registration and provide guidance on forms.
