Qualifications

• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you’ll provide efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or contacting the office for information on tests, procedures, bills, and referrals.
• You will ensure accurate billing at point of service and proper follow-up on missing information in the patient accounting system.
• You’ll support providers and the ambulatory care team to maintain accurate medical records and a compassionate patient experience.
