Community Health Care is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for the Lakewood, WA clinic. The role focuses on patient accounts, billing questions, and payment plans while coordinating referrals and appointments in our EHR and practice management systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service to patients regarding accounts including setting up payment plans.
• Answering questions concerning bills and ensure billing information is accurate in system.
• Review sliding fee paperwork for completeness and ensure documented correctly in EHR and EPMS.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology exams, community resources and contact patients to make appointments.
