• Oversees patient financial process to ensure payments are obtained at time of service.
• Verifies complete and accurate patient information (demographics, referrals, authorizations, billing codes, diagnoses).
• Completes end-of-day batch and reconciles schedule and payments.
• Provides clerical support and orients new employees on department policies.
