Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and preparation activities.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts.
• Check-in patients, verify demographics, and educate on forms.
• Post co-payments, balances, and manage related billing tasks.
• Coordinate labs/procedures and manage patient records.
• Explain billing policies and schedule follow-up appointments.
