Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing preparation activities.
• Check-in/out patients and verify demographic data in Maestro Care.
• Present forms to patients, obtain signatures, and explain billing policies.
• Collect co-payments and post balances to patient accounts.
• Coordinate labs/procedures and manage chart documentation.
• Schedule tests and procedures and relay messages to clinicians as needed.
