Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinic activities and patient check-in/out.
• Post charges and manage cash and patient accounts.
• Schedule tests and procedures; coordinate labs and referrals.
• Explain billing to patients according to policy and collect payments.
• Answer phones and relay messages to staff.
• Verify patient information and maintain records in Maestro Care.
