Cape Fear Valley Interventional Pain Specialists in Fayetteville, NC seeks an administrative coordinator to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate billing, and precise medical record maintenance.

Responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, payment collection, ICD-10/CPT-4 coding, transcription of non-medical dictation, daily billing submissions, file management, month-end reports, and inventory support.

Formación

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding preferred.
• Typing 45–55 wpm accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and schedule appointments (new and follow-up).
• Collect payments (co-pays/deductibles) and document receipts.
• Enter ICD-10/CPT-4 coding for charges and records.
• Transcribe non-medical dictation as needed.
• Submit daily billing invoices to billing/collection.
• File, fax, and mail reports; compile month-end reports.
