Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage a time-sensitive workload.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in/check-out and scheduling via EPIC.
• Obtain pre-certifications/pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Maintain efficient flow and escalate patient/provider concerns as needed.
• Greet patients/visitors professionally and ensure HIPAA compliance.
