Job summary

iHealth is seeking a Patient Services Representative to register and check in patients, manage inquiries by phone, and perform scheduling duties across Edina and Maple Grove locations. The role supports front desk operations with insurance verification and care coordination.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and customer service experience; medical terminology knowledge is a plus. A sign-on bonus may be offered for select roles with a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Accurately and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments to patients.
• Handle chart preparation and management; answer patient calls and schedule appointments.
