Job summary

Revo/i-Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration and check-in, answer calls, and schedule appointments at our Edina and Maple Grove locations. This full-time role supports Almara Women’s Health division and requires courteous, accurate data entry and insurance verification.

You will collect payments, communicate appointment details, manage chart preparation and backend tasks, and uphold HIPAA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
