Responsibilities include processing referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology, and community resources; contacting patients to schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 1 year experience in medical front office or combination of relevant experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients regarding accounts, set up payment plans, and ensure billing information is accurate in system.
• Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology, and community resources; contact patients to schedule appointments.
• Ensure copays and deductibles are adjusted based on patient’s sliding fee level and document in EHR/PEM systems.
