Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients regarding accounts, set up payment plans and answer billing questions.
• Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology exams, and community resources; contact patients to schedule appointments.
• Adjust copays and deductibles based on sliding fee level and review related paperwork for completeness.
• Ensure accurate billing information in the EHR/PM systems and respond to staff, vendors and patient inquiries.
