Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to warmly welcome patients and manage front office needs, creating a positive, compassionate experience while coordinating expectations.

You will work as part of the care team, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to support patient-focused care. English/Spanish (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus) bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Minimum HS diploma and 1–2 years customer service experience required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service, greeter, or receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front office expectations with compassion.
