The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and a valid BLS certification or higher.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients at the front desk and attend to their needs.
• Support the health care team by facilitating a positive patient experience.
• Demonstrate clear communication and problem‑solving to resolve issues.
