• 1–2 years of customer service, greeter, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, managing front office needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem‑solving to support patient care.
• Assist in coordinating scheduling and routing with care teams.
