Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems (Epic a plus).
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and discretion with patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check in/out, answer questions about appointments and insurance.
• Collect co-pays and balances while explaining policies as needed.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments and manage patient communications.
• Input demographics and insurance information into the EMR system.
• Open/close the front desk and keep the reception area organized to support clinic flow.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
