Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments.
• Provide orientation for preparatory and safety protocols and directions to facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely and effective patient care.
