Responsibilities

• Provides initial, ongoing, and follow-up training to Patient Service Representatives under the Front Office Supervisor.
• Coaches and supports Patient Service Representatives and identifies opportunities for training.
• Serves as a resource for front-office questions and workflow issues.
• Monitors training materials and updates them to ensure accuracy.
• Supports rollout of new processes and workflow changes for Patient Service Representatives at the direction of the Front Office Supervisor.
• Audits front-office cash boxes monthly and reports discrepancies.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work practices and instructions.
