Job summary

Select Medical in Arnold, MO is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for a split shift. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and handle payments and insurance verifications at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Monday-7:30- 6:30 @ VogelTuesday-7:30 - 12:30@Vogel - 1:30-6:30@FestusWednesday- 7:30 - 6:30 @ VogelThurs - 7:30 - 12:30@Vogel - 1:30-6:30@FestusFriday- OFF

Compensation:$18/hour- Increases based on experience.
