Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience with customers.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and caregivers to deliver high-level customer/patient satisfaction.
• Protect privacy and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional connections with patients by phone, in person, or via secure messaging.
• Document all calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule patient appointments for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Assist patients with forms for regulatory and billing needs and educate on financial assistance.
