Job summary

Select Medical in Roseville, CA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients at the front desk, register them, and guide their visit process. You will schedule appointments in person and by phone, coordinate with insurers and care teams, and handle co-pays and verifications.

This full-time role offers mentorship, generous PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, and company-matching 401(k). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30/6pm, in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year of medical office experience.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Preferred: Insurance verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translators, and leadership as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
