Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Insurance verification experience is required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorney offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operations leaders and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
