Qualifications

• Computer proficiency; typing around 55 wpm.
• Flexible/adaptable in a changing environment.

• Ability to interact with physicians, patients and staff.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Coordinate patient intake and appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork.
• Scan and file medical records.
• Answer phone calls promptly and politely.
• Verify insurance and answer questions; liaise with Billing.
• Handle cash and co-payments accurately.
• Provide outstanding patient service.
• Inform site management of wait times and inquiries.
