• During Visit: manage high-volume check-in/out, collect copays, and assist with MyChart activation.
• Post-Visit: schedule follow-up orders and ensure patient itinerary is complete.
• Standard Responsibilities: participate in huddles, maintain documentation, and support front desk workflows.
