Job summary

• 1+ year in customer service or health care.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Scheduling: schedule referrals, internal and external.
• Register patients during scheduling with demographics and insurance.
• Collect copays and other point-of-service payments.
• Assist with MyChart activation and online check-in.
• Provide front desk coverage: greet, answer calls, and manage check-in/out.
• Maintain knowledge of appointment types, locations, and providers.
