Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure patients complete required forms for electronic health records and billing.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information; verify eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Support smooth patient flow by timely processing of front-desk activities.
• Answer patient questions regarding registration or billing topics.
• Refer medical inquiries to medical assistants or physicians as needed.
• Schedule patients with the appropriate physician, and document scans into the EHR.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
