Responsibilities include updating communications, coordinating with clinical staff, and supporting marketing events. This full-time, on-site role offers travel to nearby clinics and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and assist with information needs.
• Answer incoming calls, manage the front desk, and provide general administrative support.
• Check-in/check-out patients and collect required information.
• Verify and update patient records and HIPAA/privacy forms.
• Handle payments, schedule future appointments, and review daily schedule.
• Maintain accurate comm-log and respond to emails.
• Support in marketing events and travel to sister clinics as needed.
• Ensure reception area cleanliness and assist with other duties.
